    After our Talkin’ Soil Health Event, our Soil Health guests were invited to attend our “Regional Soil Health Champions” awards for a cocktail dinner. For the first time, all seven state NRM regions were represented. A Big CONGRATULATIONS to our very own Wheatbelt Soil Health Champion, Rob Hetherington from Lake King.     York was the place to be last week with tickets selling out for the State’s premier soil health conference, Talkin’ Soil Health where 200 delegates converged at the Town Hall to hear about ‘building resilience from the subsoil up.’ Thirteen presentations covered a wide range of tools and management approaches to building soil health, plus our WA Regional Soil Health Champions for 2022 were announced.
